TECHNOLOGY AND HUNT
It is necessary to incorporate technological advances for the rational and sustainable management of hunting, without losing its essence based on uncertainty and effort as defined Ortega y Gasset in his famous preface to “20 years of Big Game” of the Conde de Yebes 1942. a classic but essential book in the library of good hunter.
There are basic biological tools (though undervalued or little used) as sampling methods, age criterias, carrying capacity, assess populations rates. There are also tools for Administration regulation, or the new technologies and communication. But, the best tool is education and respect for others and the nature of new hunters. For that, is important the training and dissemination of natural values.
